Refund Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Our website provides in depth details about all of our products and services.

Due to the bespoke nature of our business, which customises all cosmetic and dietary products, including the diet plans and dietary evaluations to your needs, we are unable offer a refund. The same applies for all laboratory tests. Products are individually made for your order to ensure freshness and therefore they are bespoke, and made for you. We cannot accept returns on cosmetics and laboratory tests due to health and safety implications. Diet plans and dietary evaluations are particular to your requirements, as per the information completed by you and sent to us, hence cancellations are not accepted and refunds can not be made.

By placing your order at the Phytoclinic you agree that you do not have rights to cancel your order once your payment has been accepted, and that a refund will not be provided.

Cancellation by the Phytoclinic

We reserve the right to cancel the contract between us if:

We have insufficient stock to deliver the product you have ordered, if this is the case we will advise you of delivery times or offer an alternative, if this is not acceptable the order for this product will be cancelled.

We do not or are unable to deliver to your area.

A product you have purchased has an incorrect price or typographical area.

If we do cancel your order we will refund your credit card as soon as possible and in any event within 30 days of your order.
